Cancelling Paramount+ is quick, but the exact steps depend on where you signed up. Billing runs through whichever app store or service processed your first payment, so that's where you need to cancel. This guide covers every platform Paramount+ supports.
Before You Start
Check your billing source first. Open the Paramount+ app or website, go to Account, and look at the Subscription & Billing section. It will tell you whether you're billed by Paramount directly or through a third party like Apple or Roku.
If you cancel in the wrong place, you'll keep getting charged. Always cancel through the platform listed as your billing source.
You'll keep access to Paramount+ until the end of your current billing cycle, whether that's monthly or annual. There are no partial refunds for unused time on standard plans.
Cancel on paramountplus.com (Web)
This is the method to use if you signed up directly through Paramount's website.
- Go to paramountplus.com and sign in.
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Account.
- Scroll to Subscription & Billing and click Cancel Subscription.
- Pick a reason if prompted, then confirm the cancellation.
You'll get a confirmation email within a few minutes. Save it in case of a billing dispute.

Cancel on Apple (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV)
If you subscribed through the App Store, cancellation happens in your Apple ID settings, not in the Paramount+ app.

- Open the Memberships & Subscriptions tab (or Prime Video Channels).
- Find Paramount+ and click Cancel Channel or Manage Subscription.

Cancel on Google Play (Android Phone or Android TV)
- Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.

No cancel button showing? You're likely on the wrong platform. The Subscription & Billing page in your Paramount+ account names your billing source. Cancel there instead.

Want to pause instead? Paramount+ doesn't offer a pause feature. Cancel and resubscribe when you're ready. Your watch history and profiles stay saved for a period after cancellation.
